Tax Deductible Donation

TAX DEDUCTIBLE DONATION INFORMATION


CHARITABLE STATUS & DEDUCTIBILITY

Safer Pathways Foundation Ltd ("the Foundation") holds current endorsement from the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) under Subdivision 30-BA of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997. All monetary gifts of $2 or more are tax deductible for Australian taxpayers.


MISSION-CRITICAL ACTIVITIES

Donations directly support the Foundation's principal activities as defined in our Constitution, including:

  • Domestic violence safety infrastructure programs

  • Child protection and trafficking prevention initiatives

  • Survivor support services


DONATION PROCESSING & RECEIPTING

The Foundation utilises secure payment processing that complies with PCI DSS requirements. Upon successful donation:

  • An immediate electronic receipt is issued for tax purposes

  • Receipt contains all information required under Subdivision 30-BA

  • A unique donation reference number is provided for tracking


FINANCIAL TRANSPARENCY

In accordance with Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) requirements:

  • Annual financial reports are publicly available

  • Impact reporting is provided to donors quarterly

  • Fund allocation is tracked and reported with full transparency


CONTRIBUTION METHODS

The Foundation accepts donations through these ATO-approved methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card

  • Direct Bank Transfer

  • PayPal

  • Regular Giving Programs

For businesses seeking tax-effective giving:
